Welcome to the Beaufort Arms, a traditional country pub in the beautiful Cotswold Hills.

Gloucestershire CAMRA Pub of the Year 2004

Popular with locals and passing trade, we have two comfortable bars with low-beamed ceilings with an interesting collection of pub, brewery, local memorabilia and period dentist chairs. The building is grade II listed and according to Robert Millard of Hawkesbury Family History, dates back to 1602.

The stables dining area offers good value food. Added attractions include a pleasant garden with a six-foot statue of the Beaufort Yale mythical beast, a skittle alley/function room with a glass covered well and popular pub games including cribbage and darts.

Disabled Parking & Access
We have easy access for our disabled customersTwo disabled parking spaces are available in our car park. A ramp for easy access by wheelchair is at the rear of the pub together with easy-access toilets.

Come and join us for beers from: Severn Vale, Butcombe, Bristol Beer Factory, Bath Ales and Codrington.

    We support CAMRA "LocAle" -

The idea of ‘LocAle' is to encourage pubs to stock at least one locally-produced real ale with the aim to improve the local economy and knowledge for pub goers about which beers are brewed locally.
